They don't treat their employees with any dignity. When one of the higher ups their have a grudge against you they wont stop until they find a way to fire you or make you feel like dirt, or make things seem like you are being unreasonable, they tend to put the wrong people in a position of power.

They need to treat their reps with better respect and common curtesy. they also need to pay their reps betterand stop cutting their commission to suit their needs
