I would never use this company again. They cancelled our account with no notice because our bank(omniamerican) returned our payment even though there were sufficient funds in our account. Though it was not our fault and we attempted to submit payment immediately when they called to notify us, they refused. She told me effective immediately we would be terminated and that if our patients had an emergency it was not their problem because legally they had a right to payment. I understand that they are entitled to payment but we were not even given a chance to correct the situation. We see critically ill patients and work in 3 ICU's our answering service is like a life line but they put ours and the life of our patients without a care!-K. A. Ft Worth, TX
