Energy One replaced our old windows. We had a very good experience with all the people working there. Everyone was pleasant, informative, and showed great respect to our home and how the finished project would look. Our furnace runs less and it is quieter in our home. We are very satisfied with this company and our new windows.

The BBB is the best, most accurate place to find the reputation of a business whether they are BBB members or not. It is essential for a business to have a great rating so they highly respect the BBB. I recently tried three times to resolve a problem with a national, online company. I had no luck. The BBB of Utah got me an acceptable resolution very quickly. Thank you BBB of Utah.

I had a dispute with a company that installed a vinyl fence and gate. The gate didn't properly open and clear after a cement pad was poured. They promised to adjust and fix the gate so that it would properly open. Initially they refused to work with me but after BBB of Utah contacted the manager. They quickly and completely fixed the problem to my satisfaction. BBB helped bring attention to the issue in order to get it resolved.

I had a dispute with a dental office with one of the services they have provided without our knowledge... I have contacted BBB and they have tried to resolve the dispute between me and dental office. I was able to get the full refund. The BBB website is very easy to use... I have filed the complaint online and I was able to track the status of the complaint. I would recommend BBB to anyone if they come across any issues with businesses.

I turned to the BBB when I had an issue getting my elliptical repaired through UTS and Iconic Repair. Once they accepted my claim the BBB had my problem resolved in under a month. The BBB acted very efficiently in resolving this issue to all parties satisfaction.

Made a hotel reservation via Reservation Counter. I'm from Canada & booked a hotel about 2 hours from my home. I spoke to a customer service rep who said the call centre was not in Canada. No big deal...got the price, agreed to the price, paid in advance with my MasterCard. Had a receipt sent to my home email...all good. Until, I got my MasterCard bill...charged in USD and then converted to CDN dollars. Not a big difference - $40. Disputed the charge with MC - no help unless I could prove that I was quoted in CDN, not US. The receipt didn't say either currency. Online with the BBB and within 8 days, a customer service representative from Reservation Counter emailed me stating that he was sorry for the "mistake". Received a cheque for the $40 yesterday. Awesome job by the BBB to be the mediator. Imagine those customers who eat the $40...40 X 1 million - big bucks! Thanks again BBB, your team was amazing and the process painless.

When I attempted to purchase a vehicle from Larry H. Miller they wrecked it while bringing the vehicle to me from the lot. I replaced the Passenger side mirror that night because I was not able to see while driving. Larry H. Miller changed the price of the truck and I backed out of the deal, when I got my vehicle I was going to trade in back, the front windshield had been broke and the driver side had been wrecked, prior to leaving the lot I addressed the issues with them and they told me to get off their property. I contacted the BBB and thety contacted Larry H. Miller for me. Larry Miller has replaced my windshield and is going to fix the damage on my vehicle. Prior to contacting the BBB I was not able to get any response from the dealership. I am still out a mirror however at least I am not driving around a wrecked vehicle . This saved me alot of time and court costs.

I had a dispute with a financial coaching company. The company locked me into a long term contract and then delayed the initial consultation until it was far too late to cancel. When I complained directly to the company and sent them letters, I was completely ignored. It was not until I filed an online complaint with the BBB that I got action, and I was delighted with the results. The BBB complaint process is very easy to use - the website is VERY intuitive (which is more than I can say for the financial coaching company)! I will definitely use the BBB in the future when faced with unresolved consumer issues!

If you have a dispute with a company or provider, do not feel that you don't have a chance for an amiable resolution. The BBB of Utah was simply outstanding in every aspect of helping me get to an end point with my situation. They are extemely helpful, professional, and most importantly, very interested in helping you deal with difficult circumstances when trying to get or obtain fair resolution. Use them with the utmost confidence. I'm a believer.

This bbb helped me to resolve a dispute between me and a company in Utah. They acted as a go-between the company and myself by posting the responses from both of us quickly. They also offered to mediate the dispute but that was not necessary. The company and I resolved the dispute quite amicably.

bbb helped me to resolve my situation within a few weeks.Although I didn't speak with anyone on phone bbb did everything through online to correspond and keep in contact with me.They responded quickly to each my responses and i was very encouraged by the quickness of my solution.

They resolved my problem with iTok. I was unable to contact iTok by phone. I would be put on hold for over 23 minutes or else just disconnected. A message via email to them promised a return phone call - I did not get one. BBB of Utah was able to resolved my problem. They got my account cancelled and no more auto withdrawls from my checking account. This is not to say iTok is a scam....they are just hard to reach unless you have a computer problem. Thank you BBB of Utah.

I recommend the BBB because they bring consumer and business where there is a dispute together to find a common ground of agreement to resolve the dispute. While their are no guarantees offered by the BBB they are still your best plan of action to take to try to resolve the dispute. Try them the service is free and its worth the effort to try. The BBB is there to help that is what they try to do.

After 4 weeks of frustration and getting absolutely no where with a company, my last resort was BBB. I didn't think they'd help me any further but what was there to lose at this point of me. They solved my issue within 1 week! I had FOUR weeks of me getting repeatedly told no, passed from department to department, my "case" getting lost twice, and no return calls versus BBB getting an answer within 5 business days (I don't count weekends as business days). They followed through and made sure I received an answer and if the answer I received solved my issue. I also want to point out that I'm on the East Coast and not even in Utah. All the way over here and they still helped me! A big thank you to the Utah BBB and for being so professional. Keep up the excellent work!

I had a problem with an order for a dvd product. The order went in twice and I applied for a refund for the one I did not want. I was charged twice. I sent the company countless emails over a two month period trying to rectify the problem. I was totally ignored. I am in Ireland and did not know where to turn to follow my complaint. I went on the internet and found others who had a similar problem with the same company. Some had used BBB to resolve their problem. I went to BBB who took it up for me and I got an immediate response from the company. I got a full refund. Much thanks to BBB.

I took my cuckoo clock to Precision Time on 4/5/2013 for repair. The clock only worked when wound half way and everything else worked fine. The cost was $249.99 for repair,$17.12 tax,$10.00 insurance and $13.95 shipping for $291.06. They do their own shipping to their Western Service Center. The repair estimate was approved on 4/17/13. They called and required payment over the phone before returning the repaired clock and would not let me pay the store so against my will I gave them the credit card info over the phone. The repaired clock was returned to the store on 7/5/13. I took it home and the clock mechanism worked fine but in the repair process the 8 special features now did not work at all. I returned the clock to the store on 7/12/13. The repair returned to the store a 2nd time on 9/27/13. I Returned the clock to store on 10/13/2013. It came back a 3rd time on 12/20/13. After a 4th return and complaint to the BBB it finally came back on 1/29/2014 repaired after only three weeks

they are good they help you out as much as humanly possible, and it does not take them long at all, most of the cases that i have opened i have had pretty good luck on there is one that they are pretty tight, and they got me for quite a bit of money when i filed a case they fought tooth and nail and would not give a dime back even though the stuff they sent was junk and cost 10 time more than it does in our state, but they tried but no help. what more could we d.o.
