Utah Car and Truck was established in order to accomplish three initiatives: • To provide pre-owned, reliable, and safe vehicles to customers who have limited financial resources. • Utilize nation-wide vehicle outlets to enhance the quality of pre-owned vehicles in Southern Utah. • Increase economic expansion within Southern Utah by providing local consumers with a variety of dealer options and vehicle inventory. In order to maximize our efforts, we focus on four primary principles that will continue to bring success to our company: • Engage the customer with a lively smile and firm handshake— by welcoming and making the customer feel at ease, we believe these actions will resonate with the customer allowing them to recognize we are appreciative of their business and will do what it takes to get them in the right vehicle. • Inquire what the customers’ needs and wants are. We will strive to provide the best vehicle, the best quality, and the best value based on their desires. • Assure the customer that each individual vehicle is of the utmost quality and has been professionally inspected—customers don’t like to drive unreliable vehicles. Therefore, we will reassure every customer that each vehicle in our inventory has been thoroughly inspected by trusted sources. —Excellent follow-up customer service. About 18 months ago we bought a car from Utah Car and Truck. The whole experience was great!! We were able to find a vehicle that we have loved, it has given us no problems whatsoever. The experience of working with the owner of Utah Car and Truck was exceptionally good!!! He was easy to work with. He didn't take advantage of us in any way (as many times we expect from car dealers), but looked out for our best interests. He was interested in getting us the best car for our money, and he did just that. We will definitely go back to Utah Car and Truck when we are ready to get our next vehicle.
