They are assholes they would keep raising the payments on my truck they also wouldn't give me a temp tag or any paperwork they are selling cars and trucks with plates on them from the previous owner

So now I have an electrical problem with my car seriously squeaky breaks haven't even had it longer than a month this is not right I'm never going here again

Dealing with the dealership has been an endless headache which has left us with a vehicle that needed repairs the day we drove it off the lot as it had a blown transmission. It has been a non-stop nightmare. We regret the day we stepped on the lot.

#MY FRIEND WAS LOOKING AT A CAR FOR HIS WIFE. HE FOUND A VEHICLE HE LIKED AND THE SAESMAN TOLD HIM TO TAKE THE CAR HOME AND TRY IT OUT. HE LEFT HIS CADILLAC AT THE DEALESHIP OVERNIGHT. THE NEXT DAY WHEN HE TRIED TO RETURN THE CAR, HIS CADILLAC WAS GONE. APARANTLY, THE OWNER TOOK HIS CAR TO LAS VEGAS FOR A JOY RIDE. AS I TYPE THIS, THE WHERE ABOUTS OF THE CADILLAC ARE STILL UNKNOWN. THE OWNER HAS BEEN DODGING ALL OF MY FRIENDS PHONE CALLS. IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR STOLEN, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CERTIFIED AUTO SALES. THEY ARE EVEN WORSE THAN THIEVEN WADE!

The only dealing I've had with this dealer is over the phone and the guy couldn't even give me a little information. Me and my husband had already drove down from cedar city and looked the lot over and thought we might be interested in a few vehicles. They were already closed Saturday, which is fine...all the other dealerships we went to were open though. So I called for more info the next monday to see if there was anything worth driving down from cedar city for again. The guy on the phone wouldn't give me any specific details, just kept saying you'll just have to come down...... NOT the kind of guy we want to deal with if he can't be honest over the phone. Thanks but no thanks, we'll take our busness elsewhere!!
