I needed a simple and small print job done for my son's birthday. I received horrible communication from the owner; when I asked for a time frame to pick things up, he gave me a cost quote that was almost double what I had been quoted. When I went to pick up my prints, the owner ridiculed the way I had sent the files, told me he didn't have my prints, and that they wouldn't be done that day. He then tried to charge me more and said I was the problem. Had my son's party not depended on these prints, I would have walked out right then and there. I could not believe that I was being told I was the problem to his poor communication was my fault. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone because of that experience. It doesn't matter that the print quality I ended up getting was very nice... the lack of professionalism was disgusting.
