I would just like to say thank you to the Edgerly family for all the hard work and Compassion they showed my family. All the employees were great especially Morgan. My mom looked so peaceful. The prayer cards were just right and attention was paid to all details. We really thought the facility was beautiful. Again thank you to the Edgerly family.

Dont use them, just attended my sisters funeral, and no compassion what so ever..Her make-up was caked on so bad you couldn't even see her eyes...The young guy was very rude and disrespectfully, saying he needed to get us out of here...Morgan only know his name cause he had no problem taking my money..was taking down the display as my mother is trying to say her good byes, and I said something and his response was the funeral is over, I did say a few words to him because by this point I had enough, If your looking for compassion this is not the place, I understand its a business and all, but really we all were already having a hard time with this and all they did was make it harder...My family will never use them again.....
When my grandmother passed away last December we chose to go to Edgerly. The night of the viewing we noticed the flesh-toned makeup was applied unevenly and it was all over her sweater. We also saw glue lines on her mouth. They forgot to hand out the prayer cards and when we did get them three weeks later, they had the wrong prayer on them. We still haven't gotten ahold of them to pick up her ashes. At a time like this people shouldn't have to worry about the small details and when incidents like these occur it obstructs the process of closure and healing.
