      I recently joined GOLD Gym at south labarnum and found the staff to be flexible , courteous and professional .The trainers were very informative and eager to provide guidance while helping me to reach my fitness goals.I have had a great experience so far and is excited about continuing to reach my goal in this family friendly enviroment.jimmy

      The gym is nice, I like the fact they have a place for children to come to the gym as the parents are working out. However, the bathroom accessaries is cheap. it is starting to broke down. Also, it would be nice if the gym would open up at five o'clock am Monday to Friday.
