Bought a pair of pants only to find out when I got home they where SOILED in the crotch! I talked to the owner, she laughed when I told her clothes in her store had soiled stains on them and she told me 100% no returns! No refunds, no returns, no store credit, NOTHING! Lost a client!

What a disappointing store! Very small, poor service and the merchandise was dirty.

the owner was not very nice to me. She was rude and disrespectful. I guess they must have a big enough clientele to be so snubby to me. Most of the things they have are really over priced and its such a small store you feel like you are walking into a small hole. They need MUCH better customer service here and they also need to find better sales people to help you! Lost my business for sure!

Clementime is a really cute little store in Carytown (one of my favorite places to shop!) The only thing is the racks are too high up to see the labels of all the tops etc. Its annoying to find the right size. The staff seemed approachable can carried on converse with other customers. They have very cute jewelry also. I have been in the store about six times over the course of two months and they seem to change clothes and sell because usually not the same stuff is up there. It is a little annoying how small the store is too because it feels like your personal space is no where. I feel like a sardine! But not a problem if I can find a good deal. I think that you can if you like Ralph Lauren or Lilly because they have very good deals on those companies. I like to support local so I enjoy spending time in here.

I didn't enjoy how the lady working there did not take care of the clothes I brought in to sell. She was very rude and pushy. I have been to way to many stores in town to realize good service and professionalism and this store lacks both!

I sell tons of stuff here every season. She takes most of my stuff, but I am a frequent shopper so all the items I bring are very current and are almost all well known brand names. I've bought several great things as well, including a gorgeous Nicole Miller dress and a cute Marc by Marc Jacobs dress. And honestly, I highly doubt the owner stole things from previous reviewers! I've had nothing but good experiences there!

I've been consigning (and shopping) at Clementine since it opened and have always had a very positive experience. The owner and staff are all really professional and friendly and I appreciate that they're picky about what they take - the items are current and fashionable and you don't have to dig through a bunch of junk to find something great to buy.
