We are a locally owned and operated thrift and consignment store for the benefit of local youth and youth athletic programs. The Bobcat Sports League was formed to encourage, teach and sponsor inner city, underserved, multicultural youth sports activities. We service, underserved youth by offering a safe place to play, and preventing and controlling child hood obesity. We will teach sportsmanship, fair play, teamwork, and a healthy life style actively and through example. We are a charitable 501(c)3 organization, able to provide receipts for your gifts. We encourage family participation, community service and leadership. These goals are set forth for the young and the old. Our triple play is set to meet the physical, nutrition and social needs of our youth. Profits from donated goods will be used to provide equipment and educational materials for our area youth. Our educational programs provide instruction in proper nutrition for a healthy lifestyle, life skills, and anti-smoking, drug, gang/ violence. Please remember that your donation will help assist the kids in our area. Your help is needed to make this a success. They can be dropped off during business hours or we can pick up your items. Pick-up day is on Tuesdays. We will however pick up larger items such as furniture at your convenience. Just call the shop 804-233-6907 or email us at reusethrift1@gmail.com and our staff will make arrangements for your pick-up! Consignment appointments are done on an appointment basis only. We will be happy to meet at a time that is convenient for you. How it Works! * We accept items of Furniture (Beds, Dressers, Sofa, Chairs, Rugs, HD T', etc.) or Collectables (China, crystal, or other collectables) that are in GOOD - GREAT condition. * Be realistic about your selling price. The consignment fee is a 50/50 split. Example: Bedroom set can sell for $300. You get $150 and the shop gets $150. * We establish a high and low price for the consignment items. * Items are brought to and taken from the shop by the owner. * Consignment period is 45 days. * We accept NO CLOTHING on consignment. Clothing is donation only! At the end of the 45 days you can either pick up the item, lower the price or donate the item to the shop.
