Great service and they did an amazing job on the repair. It was busy when I dropped off my item, and I had to wait a few minutes, but the manager was extremely polite, apologized for the wait (which was only a few minutes) and he was very helpful. I highly recommend Audio Visions Repair! It was great dealing with a small business instead of a large chain that sends everything out to be fixed.

I recently needed a audio equipment repair and wanted to let others know about my experience there. People sometimes are quick to lodge a complaint but forget to give credit when credit is due. I took my vintage Sansui receiver/amp to Audio Visions to have it completely cleaned and have them repair anything that had worn out. The manager was friendly, gave me a starting estimate and told me he would call if they found anything else wrong that would go over a certain agreed amount. Average repair time would be about a week. I received a call back in just a few days and purchased an addition part (which is almost obsolete) and had them test and install it. My Sansui is 37 years old and is now operating like new. Ask all the right questions up front, know the value of your equipment, and treat people like you want to be treated and you will probably be satisfied with the folks that are there now. The business has been around for a long time and I for one will go back.

I can not explain how pathetic of an audio repair store they are. Not only did they not repair my item. They charged me and it still does not work. Of course they will not give me my money back. They do not know what they are doing. When I initially called they hung up on me too!.. Horrible company!.. Do not go there!.. Makes phantom repairs and hopes it works and then gives you another reason after charging for a repair!.. I would find another shop or if you want guess work done on your item go here!.. They do not even deserve 1 star!.. Also took two weeks to fix nothing and charged me!... This audio store needs to close down!

This is by far the worst repair and customer service I have had in a long time. I actually had to take my amp elsewhere for a SIMPLE repair. They had my amp for almost (4) weeks and was told it could not be fixed. I took it to another shop and the had the troubleshooting and repair done in 1/2 a day, 4 hours. These guys are a joke.
