Waited last Saturday for 4hrs and no show no phone call. I called them to see what happened. Only got answer machine. left message to call. No return call. Because this service is on an extended warranty I had to set up the appointment with someone else..I have no idea who it was..and they made another appointment for me. So i wait another 4 hrs and no show again, no call. I will file a complaint because I paid for the warranty and didn't get the service. I ended up having to call someone on my own to get my LCD fixed.
