TruGreen has been really easy to work with. The app is great and keeps me in the loop which I appreciate. Haven't seen a huge improvement in grass ... but will with time. Can't wait for that!

Rebecca at the Trugreen Richland Hills office has been very helpful when I've had concerns about appointments. The several technicians who' have treated my lawn have all been punctual and knowledgeable about their procedures. They have been very courteous and helpful. I recommend Trugreen!

I work Monday through Friday and have dogs so I can't leave the gate unlocked for the treatments Rebecca at the North richland hills office has gone out of her way to have Cody do the treatmenmts first stop since I live close to your office. I do wish you had Saturday appointments for people like me that work during the week. I like being able to talk to the technician to see if I need to add or reduce the watering, add pete moss, Ai like to know the technician and ask questions etc. Cody is great and always goes out of his way to provide exceptional customer service. Rebecca and Cody are the reason I am with Tru Greem.

Trugreen aerated my entire lawn. I was impressed with the endurance level of your employee. My lawn already looks great, will be interested to see how much better it can look.

Our yard looks great! We've used TruGreen for a couple years and during springtime its so nice not to have a yard full of weeds like everyone else's. The individuals on the phone as well as our specialist are so nice, helpful and attentive to our needs/requests.

Good job, I failed to remember to unlock the gate but after I did they came back. So far everyone is very good and helpful. I am concerned about the heat and the limitations on watering! My yard has improved so I am happy!

Ever since I started using TruGreen Lawn service a few years ago, my lawn has shown continual improvement. Today it is green, healthy, and weed-free. The specialist that treats the lawn always shows up when Trudy's phone call says he will. He always says hello and keeps me informed on what he's doing that day. I highly recommend TruGreen and now several of my neighbors are using TruGreen.

Outstanding, knows their business, products, and benefits for my lawn. Doesn't ever complain about my yard being a mess. My guy understands that my yard is my childs favorite place to be and works hard not to get anything on his toys. That kind of service is hard to find.

My TrueGreen guy is the best. He always knows what to do to keep my lawn healthy and green.

The specialist was friendly and prompt. He was very thorough and eager to answer my questions concerning how to care for my lawn until his next scheduled treatment. He quickly cared for my lawn without wasting time in the process, and I appreciated that. If I can refer your service to a friend, then I will gladly rate you very high.

They seem to do an "OK" job, but it's pricey. I've been using them for 2 years and recently cancelled the service. They can't seem to get rid of weeds in one area. I asked that they not treat the lawn in Nov/Dec, but they came in Dec anyway...and billed me for it of course! My friend lives in another part of DFW. He has a larger yard and pays less (same Tru Green company). For the price, I expect the yard to look better than it does. The worst part is the customer service. They are disrespectful and lacking on customer service skills. If I could do it again, I would have shopped around before selecting this company.
