General Info
Park East Restaurant is Pueblo's premier family dining steakhouse. We offer a wide variety of foods at a wide variety of prices. Whether you are looking for an affordable family meal, a night out, or an upscale romantic dinner we are your choice! Park East has been a Pueblo tradition for many years and we hope that your visit evokes warm memories of days past. Many special occasions have occurred within these brick walls and we are very proud to have brought back some of the original food. The Lepetsos family dearly loved and operated this establishment and was kind enough to bestow their recipes and name upon the new proprietors, Terra and Jeff Riggio. Terra actually started her career inside these four walls, way back when it was Three Thieves. The great experience of working for the Lepetsos family led her to open her own restaurant in 1985, Riggio's Italian Villa, as well as many other restaurant experiences. Park East has many ways for you to enjoy yourself! The Red Martini Lounge is Park East's bar and a great place to be social, have an appetizer, or enjoy a cocktail while you wait for a table. We offer the same menu as our dining rooms with the addition of our 10 for $10 menu. We have live music playing in our lounge 4 nights a week and it ranges from Martini Shot Unplugged (featuring Andy & Ryan) to Patrick Kratzer and Broken Angel! Also once a month we have comedy night hosted by Brad Galli and it's always a riot! Happy hour is nightly from 4-7! Our Dining Rooms are separated into 4 different rooms and are perfect for private parties or family gatherings. We offer a special $10 menu from 4-6 monday-thursday and a weekend special straight from our chefs. Park East is also an art gallery! We feature local artists and our art curator is the very talented Jill Brake. Feel free to come by grab a glass of wine and enjoy a stroll around the restaurant to have a look at some of the beautiful art we have.

Good fun and good food and attentive service. My wife and I enjoy Parkeast frequently. And the entertainment is wonderful. Broken Angel is my favorite, and John Gerlock and Andy Clementi and others are most entertaining as well. Brieanna, Kendra, and Ryan and Marv, thank you. It is a delight.
I have lived in Pueblo, CO all my life and fondly remember Three Theves which changed over to Park East. Park East closed and then reopened in 2006. Finally a nice steak house in Pueblo. Unfortunately this is not the case. Can someone please learn how to cook a steak right. I took my wife and friends to Park East in Aug 2006. My friend and I ordered the prime rib (medium well). The prime rib was very rare and of all things greasy. The server took it back and threw in on the grill. Not good. I complained the next day and Park East management sent me a gift certificate for $50.00. On April 15, 2007 I decided to try Park East again, and use this gift certificate. This time I had the steak and shrimp. The steak was cremated. How can a restaurant which specializes in steaks stay in business! The steak was burned so bad that you could not eat it. Park East had a chance to get it right. They " burned" it. Never again
The "entertainment" Broken Angel we had the unfortunate experience of listening to was quite possibly the worse band I have ever heard. They played so loud that our group could not carry on regular conversation while they played and they were visibly intoxicated while they were on stage. This upscale bar boasts their newly remodeled and updated facility yet the "band" they booked to play was so clearly outdated and stuck playing tired old 70's and 80's rock covers at a volume, I suppose, that was to deafen the audience into thinking they actually had talent. We came to this bar to drink a new martini or two and catch up with some friends in the hip new lounge setting. Instead we ended up yelling over the terrible band all night and wishing they would go on break, all the while wondering what in the world the owners were thinking hiring this duo who need to give up the rock and roll dream, uhm you are in a martini lounge!?!
good steaks and good tempura. nice wine choice.
