I've had my windows that were leaking replaced and plan to have more done. In addition to doing an excellent job on replacing the glass, he even spent considerable time helping me fix the mechanism for opening and closing the sliding windows and only charged me for the parts. I appreciate someone that tries to do a good job and is not in a big hurry to leave.

I need to replace a broken pane of glass in my front door and called Ross Island Glass to see how much it would cost. The gentleman, I assume to be the owner, quoted me his price and when I mentioned that I had thought about doing it myself he gave me a lot of helpful free advice. In fact, he even told me two local glass companies that would custom cut my pane inexpensively. I'd give this guy 5 out of 5 stars but I haven't actually used his services. If my DIY efforts prove to be unsuccessful I will definitely patronize Ross Island Glass!
