Dan Schneider was terrific to work with. We never felt pressed to make a decision (so many choices!) and his calm demeanor and knowledge of the products was exemplary. Thank you for such an easy and amiable purchase of our new RV. The staff and sales persons were fantastic, the RV show was amazing. Thank you very much for the years membership to Thousand Trails and the discount for needed items in your store. The set up on the RV was done to please us and we so appreciate all those involved. I like these guys from the sales department, through service and parts. They are knowledgable and willing to share their knowledge whether I call them in a panic from a camping spot or whether I drop into the store. I purchased a 2005 Komfort 271 fsg from them last April. I am hoping that I do not need to purchase another trailer, but if I did, I would certainly purchase it from Curtis. I am confident that I have gotten what I paid for.

I enjoyed my visit to this dealer. My salesman was great, can't say enough good. Recommend that he reviews this note. We were shown and given lots of inventory to help us make a decision--based on our budget. We feel very strongly that we were given a very fair price for the model we purchased. The bank was swift at approving us, and we took delivery within a week but not due to the dealership; we were out of the area. A few small glitches appeared, but were quickly taken care of by the dealership service department--they came to us. Thanks for the service and professional image of your staff.
Kristina & I are very pleased with our new Passport 2100. Rex Neff, our salesman, also showed us numerous other, similar trailers. The three of us discussed major & minor differences between them, etc., etc., our potential trade-in & prices. We made our decision at home, called Neff back a few days later & made arrangements to bring in our old trailer & pick up the new trailer. Rex was very thorough & knowledgeable, even starting the trailer furnace long before we arrived, so it was comfortable inside (January). He explained how everything works & answered all our questions. While this was going on, the shop installed a new hitch on my truck & leveled both units. My father has purchased two trailers from Curtis and i have purchased many parts for old trailer fix ups over the years. Decided to step up to a "new" trailer for my family and found a great, slightly used trailer for an outstanding price. Excellent service, no pressure and just a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Curtis to anyone and have for years.

I bought my RV about a year ago and was told by the saleman to use it for a year and bring it in for a Bubble test at no cost. That they recommend to check for leaks and manufacturer defects that can be fixed and charged to the manufacturer. Well I took it in 1 year and 2 days after using it like I was told. My warranty ended just before I took it in which they told me after I went in 2 weeks later to pick it up since they said that since my warranty is expired I have to pay for the items needing repaired. So already not happy with them they nickled and dimed me out the door. I took my RV there clean and when I called them the day before that I was picking my RV up.. They brought it to me at the service entrance Very dirty and the solution that they check for leaks still all over my RV where it was never washed off. I will service My RV elsewhere and dont recommend anyone else or they will take you for granted. they tried to talk to me when I told them I am writing a review. No Luck

I have found the staff at Curtis Trailers to be very helpful and professional. Whenever I have been to one of their stores, and I've been to both, the staff there seemed committed to the expectation that I would leave with what I went in there for. I intend to go back there the next time I need something, because I know I will be able to get it from them.

Don't buy parts from Curtis Trailers, they overprices parts from original price they quote you. Looking for an Atwood RV Water Heater, I called Curtis Trailers off of Powell Blvd the morning of Sept. 18th. They had it in stock and gave me a price quote. It seemed reasonably priced so I came in. When the guy in the Parts department rung me up, he priced it $50 more then what I was quoted for over the phone. Even after saying that was not what I was quoted when calling in, he reduced the cost but not by much. I get that parts (used or not) can be sold for whatever you want but don't raise the cost after originally quoting a customer. That's bad for business.
