The remaining staff at CTC do not have their ducks in a row. Admissions will tell you one thing, which although delivered kindly, usually isn't correct. Financial aid makes you believe they know what they are doing, although if asked more than once the answer will change several times, and this is definitely not delivered kindly! The medical admin class is run by an instructor that is learning with you, but will not admit it. She has to be your "boss", not your instructor. I think working with experienced students intimidates her, which in turn is expressed through rudeness. Although my experience has not been horrible, educational guidance needs to be taken more seriously at this technical center.
