The medical admin class is run by an instructor that is learning with you, but will not admit it. She has to be your "boss", not your instructor. I think working with experienced students intimidates her, which in turn is expressed through rudeness. Although my experience has not been horrible, educational guidance needs to be taken more seriously at this technical center.
