My wife and I have 3 vehicles in our household. Although one of them is a Buick and the others are Fords, I trust Joe Murphy in the service department so much that I have started servicing my Buick with them for all of its maintenance. Joe keeps us informed and never tries to sell us extra services that we don't necessarily need.

I own a Ford and I own a saturn. The guys at Colonial are up front and honest, no secret costs. I had my Saturn into a nearby chevy dealer, and they charged me an arm and a leg for a wiring repair and told me that the reason it cost what it did is because they get $132 per hour for specialty repairs (a "variable labor charge" they called it for more difficult types of repairs). Colonial Ford has never hit me over the head with a hidden charge and Joe and the guys are always fair to me! GREAT SERVICE, EVERY TIME!!

I had broken down while travelling to cape cod for the holiday weekend. I called Joe in the service department at Colonial. He arranged a tow truck and got my car fixed and ready to roll in a couple hours. He even had a nice man drive my family to the Plymouth water front for lunch while we were being fixed up!! Thanks Joe!!

Worth the extra drive. Closer to Jannell or Herb Chambers but service brings me back.

I was travelling to visit relatives on friday afternoon when I experienced what seemed like a transmission slipping. I pulled into the service department at Colonial Ford and was greeted by Joe Murphy. He assured me that they could look at the vehicle. They found a misfiring cylinder and replaced a coil and sent me on my way! What a relief, not only to find out my transmission wasnt shot, but that there are such professional, personal people in the world such as Joe Murphy! I will travel the extra 10 miles to go to Colonial Ford from now on!
