I went into the plattsburgh store for the first time back in October for a watch battery. While the young lady named kayla changed my battery I found a beautiful ring that I just had to have! They allowed me to pay it off. When it came time it was too small and Alyshia very fast at getting it in my size in the best interest of the ring. I cannot wait to see what else I can add to my collection and I will be continuing to bring them my watches for batteries and watch straps. They make you feel like your family and they are dog friendly for my little fur babies! Thanks again girls you were wonderful!

My fianc has had her eye on a rose gold diamond ring that was in the "fashion" case at Perrywinkles in Plattsburgh. She loved the ring, but wanted it in white gold to match her engagement ring and was concerned that it wouldn't be possible until we worked with Terry. Terry diligently researched it for us and found that it could be make in white gold to match. We ordered the ring and moved on to mine, I found a tungsten band which Terry said would be the strongest. We both left happy and excited to have the rings we wanted. Thank you Terry!

Once again the staff at the Plattsburgh Perrywinkles came through. Watch adjustment from Hannah, Pam and Terry helped my wife and I look for new wedding bands. I wanted to take some time to thank two of the girls that have recently helped me at my local Perrywinkles. I was fortunate to be helped two different days, one day by Kala and another day by Hillary. Both girls were more then professional, they both took their time to help me find the perfect ring for my girlfriend. They both really got to know me and my needs to help me find the perfect one. Out of all the jewelry stores here locally this one goes above and beyond not just in customer service but they make you feel like you have known them for years. I am a fairly frequent shopper at Perrywinkle's in Plattsburgh, NY. There are a fair amount of jewelry stores in Plattsburgh where I could do my business, but I won't. There is no other place in the area that I have experienced the combination of quality jewelry and staff. My wife refuses to do business with any other stores in the area strictly based on the employees that work there, especially Terry. Throughout the years she has greeted my wife and myself at the door with a smile, and by name. Where does this happen anymore??? I have purchased everything from jewelry cleaner to engagement and wedding rings here, and have never even been close to disappointed. I shopped for Valentines day there this week. I spent less than $50 on this visit and was helped by Alicia, Hannah and Terry. It really is amazing when you think about it. Sometimes, I have to shop with my children present, and the staff is always eager to help out with the kids. Drinks and food, always! Thank you Perrywinkles!

I recently moved to the North Country and got engaged. An online search of local jewelers surprised me when I saw Perrywinkle's near-perfect reviews. I decided to visit their Plattsburgh store, and the experience lived up to the reviews! One of their diamontologists, Terry, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thoughtful. I purchased an engagement ring, wedding band, and my wedding ring, and they were delivered promptly. I highly recommend Perrywinkle's.

I absolutely love going to Perrywinkles!! Kala always takes amazing care of me every time I go in no matter the occasion! I always have a watch or two to be sized, and she helps me find the perfect gifts for my loved ones! I cannot thank her enough for all that she does for me!

I have been going to Periwinkles for years. Terry is amazing! I always seem to wind up in there on Christmas Eve searching for last minute gifts. This year, Terry helped me find everything I was looking for within my price point. Hillary was awesome as well this year. She wrapped my purchases while Terry cashed me out.
