Don't believe everything you hear. I've been to Garvey's several times, my friend bought from them, I've recommended another friend who went and bought just recently (and even got money for it! My friend who referred me did too... you just have to be sure to go to their referral site 'first') and we've all had a positive experience, not to mention, a deal we couldn't beat anywhere else, frankly, I had the best experience ever at this dealer, I was just looking online today for the number quick to ask them about something and saw here, it was rated only one, that is not right, not to mention, I got to meet Sean Garvey personally when I bought, and he's terrific! Real nice guy, I never had a bad experience here and not familiar with anyone else who has!

I entered this establishment today with intentions of purchasing a new vehicle. The sales representative was informative and very sociable, however; the manager appeared when I wanted more information and wanted to discuss the price. He was very aggressive, rude, and refused to negotiate prices with me. He stated that he was not going to give me anymore information if I was just going to go to another dealer and use it against him. I was shocked. I told him I planned on looking around to find the best deal. I explained I was a recent graduate with a new job and was just looking for the best price for the vehicle I wanted. He told me he was no longer going to discuss anything with me if I was going to go elsewhere.
