bought a jeep grand cherokee there 12/10. there were a few problems they had to address. they honored a 30 day warrantee for parts and labor, after that they gave me the option to finance any future repairs that had to be done, as i was always ON TIME with my payments, a prefered customer. They charged me a small finance charge of 6% on the financed repairs that needed to be done. I have never had an issue with them fixing anything in a timely manner. I've put over 23k on the jeep since i've had it, with no problems after the initial 4 months of maintainance (had 100,024 miles) when i got it(right around scheduled maintainance mileage) that was supposed to be done anyhow. Randy has always been straight with me. I guess if your not a deadbeat and make reg payments on time, you get prefered service, and perks.

Wish I could select negative star. Worst business I have ever dealt with. He is a crook, sells auction rejects, then does not repair issues. Takes people who can not afford there junk to court, and lies to the judge about issues with the car. Major black eye in the auto sales. Which is no easy task, considering some car dealers. The cars are trash, and I would recommend buying a car from a junkyard before purchasing here.
