This was our first Mini experience. We were initiated into the cult of Mini!! Jason made the whole buying experience so easy & was so knowledgable about everything Mini. Because of him (& the Mini being the featured car)we registered for the 2014 Vintage Grand Prix and got to parade through Oakland to Schenley Park & enjoy a catered lunch. We also were exposed to a gazillion versions of Mini & mini owners. Although I think all Mini owners have one thing in common; they think "outside the box". I'm proud to be in that group! Now my husband's already planning our next Mini. Thank you Jason!

I bring my mini in for service and state inspection once a year.Everything is done promptly and perfectly.i enjoy looking at the new models when i am there.
My car would not start and i knew it was the battery so i called the parts department and the service department and then took my battery oit and came to the dealership to purchase a new one everyone was so helpful and pleasant. i love this dealship they hands down provide excellent customer service and are glad to assist anyway they can. Jason always remembers me and if i am ever at the dealership for anything he makes a point to say hello an ask how its going etc. cant ask for any more fantastic dealership. would highly recommended you to all the people i know. i bought 3 minis off you and will buy many more
I had to purchase a vehicle that very same day and both Dave and the entire staff were very accommodating, even staying late to finalize the purchase.
Very satisfied with how Daniel Best oversaw the work needed on my cars, and kept me informed of the status of the work.
I was very pleased with the service and the one day turn around to get the car back. Having to deal with Warrenty Solutions (the extended warrenty company) that was purchased from P & W was another issue. The problem was eventually taken care off.
Very nice. Took car right away and inspection was done in an hour. There was a mechanical issue that needed to be resolved and a loaner was given to me so i didn't have to wait all day
Valet service made the experience very convenient. The Service Department took care of all of my issues as well as performing periodic service and completing service updates. I received a phone call to tell me what had been done, and when I could expect my car to be returned.
It was positive. However, the inside of the car could have been cleaned more thoroughly.
Jason is great. he is exremely responsive and cares about his customers.
