after checking all the reviews on the web, we decided to give our mom a massage and facial at Natural Concepts. They were so wonderful to her as she had never been to a spa before. When she told the nicest lady at the front desk it was her birthday she gave her a bag with there products in it. It just made her birthday more personal and she can continue to remember her special day.

My sisters and I took my Mother to Natural Concepts for her birthday. After reading all the reviews we thought she would love a spa day. Boy was we surprised to find all the reviews were right, they even gave her a birthday package with some of there Aveda products.it sure made her birthday special!!

Wonderful experience and staff. I recieved a Girls Day Out package from my husband and I had the best first massage from Arika. She made me feel very comfortable and eased my nervousness. Next I had a facial and WOW, Gina was excellent. She had a very soft, warming touch and knew what seemed like everything about my face. She gave me great advice without pushing product on me. I also had a pedicure from Kara and it was amazing...One of the only jet tubs left that I have found ...all her attention was set on me and we had a wonderful conversation. The receptionist that finished my day was an older woman who was warm and sweet... If you are looking for a great place to go for relaxation or a great place to treat someone else, this is the best in Peoria and the best present I could have asked for!!!

Best Aveda Salon in Peoria . Well run, people who know there stuff. Have tried some of the other salons and found them much more expensive and they seems to young. They have my busness.

bought my Mother the girls do out for mothered. She loved all the spa services and asked if she could get her hair done also. Everyone from the front desk to all the girls who work there made her day special. I know what i will get her next year.

Friendly Experienced Staff, wonderful results with my hair. Definitely would recommend it to all my friends.

I had an unfortunate experience at Natural Concepts Salon & Day Spa. I came in to get my roots filled in. Paid almost $200.00 and left with my hair wet. When I got home and dried my hair it was evident that my roots were only about half-filled in. I was disapointed but waited an additional business day to call. When I spoke with the very young girl who did my hair, she told me that I should've called earlier if I wanted it fixed but she would be happy to schedule me in again if I wanted, but I would have to pay again. I expressed to her that I didn't think I should have to pay again for the service that was supposed to be completed already. She told me I could speak with her manager who would be available in two weeks. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this was my unfortunate experience.

My girlfriends and I bought spa packages and had a great day at Natural Concepts being pampered. The staff is top-notch! I've been other places and felt rushed through the process. Not so at Natural Concepts. Highly recommend this business to all the ladies in the Peoria area who need some TLC.

Got to love all the services there...spa packages, messages, hair cuts by people who have been in the business forever, not just some kid coming out of college. Just love it :) And very happy to see they have a new website now naturalconceptssalonspa.com
