      No notices of packages delivered. when complaints made, owner becomes arrogant. blames your attitude

      this guy is so arrogant he blames you for his mistakes! does not take responsibility for his staff's mistakes and tries to weasel out of responsibility. when confronted with tracking info saying package delivered 10 days ago, he says no notice given because you have a bad attitude when you came to store and complained before.

      owner does not take responibility for packages that have been delivered: customer not informed of it

      I have several times had to track my own packages experiencing delays of weeks and only after having to go to the office with the tracking slip to then get my packages. When I complained to the owner of the delay, he tried to blame his staff. No apologies, told I have a bad attitude. I didn't know the service agreement said no delivery if customer has bad attitude about having to track own packages!
