If I could give this store FEWER THAN ZERO stars, I would. I have have a few issues with this store. I have personally witnessed several other customers with the store's mismanagement. My most recent and final issue is this: I Visited the store on Wednesday, May 6th, just a few days before Mother's Day. I was sending an expensive ($54) freshly baked cake, a Mother's Day gift, to my daugher in Los Angeles, CA. I verified with the Ups Store ( 4611 S University Dr, Davie, FL 33328) that the cake would arrive no later than Saturday, May 9th, the day before Mother's Day. I stated this was critical for to reasons: a) mother's Day; b) Cake would spoil if delivered Monday or later. Cake was delivered Tuesday. I reported my claim to UPS on Tuesday 5/12. They advised me to go to the local UPS store to claim the refund.I met with the Manager, the manager contacted UPS. Long story short: after NUMEROUS excuses, today, 6/28/15. NO REFUND RECEIVED.
