First of all, let me say that all personnel that I came into contact with were always pleasant and professional.About 2 months ago, I took my 40 year old, gold filled Windsor "round glasses" frame in to have them put prescription lenses in them. After a couple weeks they came back. The prescription was fine. After I got them home I discovered that they were no longer "round glasses". They were now oval. I returned them to have them fix them. Two weeks later, my wifes lenses were in, so I asked them if mine were done. They brought mine out and the Lady that helped me said they had been fixed. Well, they made the same error all over again! The glasses were still an oval and they were the same size as the first time I picked them up! The Lady helping me never offered to fix them. Now I have to pay $305.00 for replacement Frames, plus I will have to pay for lenses all over again from someone else!

My first experience with Payson Eye Care Center was good to start with being thorough by Dr. Ford and the staff for my check in was efficient. My glasses were delivered promptly and the gal who sold me the glasses, measured for the lenses was great. Then, trouble started with my lenses being chipped but not too visible so I could wear my new glasses until the new lenses were ordered/shipped. The gal who then was to fit my glasses to make sure they fit properly was rather flippened and not professional at all. She did not check for adjustments/clean the lenses or anything else. I had to ask for a case (which she said, I would not get because the frame was not purchased there. (Wrong, I spent a big chunck of money on new frames), after further checking she said, oh yes, I looked at the wrong order. Then she handed me the case and after I asked for the prescription, she seemed to be surprised at my request but made a copy. Too bad because it started out perfect
