stopped in to make an appointment, kept waiting while person helped new employee, and then answered a couple phone calls.......reason I came in was because I had called the day before and got the answering machine.....finally made appointment for the next week.for an eye exam ....9:15 appointment, arrived at 09:10.......waited and waited.....another customer left after 45 minutes.......I made it 70 minutes and reached my limit......Not recommended
