This practice is poorly managed. Do not expect this office to bill or file insurance as most doctor's offices do. They have inept communication regarding all administrative aspects of the practice and will not work with their clients. I would give them 0 stars, but had to click one in order to submit the review. I do not recommend this practice.

Most of the front end staff seem to be bothered by helping people ( I had questions about shoes) and was told go look it up on line and call us back if you find it.I went in for 2 things and one required a biopsy. When I came back in for results he had confused what condition he was treating me for. I tried to get him back on track but he kept talking about what he thought he was treating me for and gave me my biopsy results. I had one more follow up and again he thought he was treating me for something else. I tried again to remind him that was not what the biopsy was for. I can only guess it is due to poor charting and the fact that he seemed extremely distracted and appeared to want just a hit and run follow up. They wanted me to come in for another follow up I don't think I will be going back.

I had terrible pain in my heel and called at 4pm to see if Dr Fox could see me. The receptionist took a few details from me and told me to come straight to the office. I got there at 4.15pm and was seen straight away. He examined me, sorted out the problem and I was home and comfortable by 5pm. I thought his bedside manner was perfect (I don't understand what the other reviewer could possibly mean). Perfect experience. Perfect practice. Thank you Dr Fox and his lovely staff!

Dr. Fox had a horrible bedside manner. Our chart wasn't ready when he was, so we went into the room without it. He never once looked at the chart(8 pages to fill out at home), never introduced himself to me or my daughter (the patient), and never discussed treatment options. Started cutting and administering medication to my daughter's foot. Never even knew her name. His "treatment" was confusing and he was annoyed that I requested more information. He sent us home with a $600 prescription for a wart without any warning to the high cost. Needless to say, I didn't fill the script and certainly won't be going back for a follow-up.
