Dr. Saviano has a great bedside manner. Everything else is in the toilet. Seriously-- the staff has no idea when insurance will be billed, how to follow up - or when statements go out since they hire an outside service I guess to do the billing. Also-- on the not so great side they wanted me to schedule 3 follow up appointments when I found out from my daughters podiatrist that only 1 is needed. so unfortunate since the Dr. herself is great. I could not see my daughter since we were switching plans and this was the only time frame I could get in. Make your own decision as to what is important to you. Thank you.
