I knew the style of gown I wanted before I went into the shop. I ended up with an Allure gown. The staff was patient, personable, and accommodating of my schedule being an out of town bride. The alterations shop next door was good--but very expensive. You may want to consider other alternatives for alterations.

My wife purchased her Wedding dress at Minerva's and told me about Uptown Tux. It was a great experience and I really felt like they showed genuine interest in helping me and my groomsmen pick out tux's. Two of my groomsmen were out of town, but the store was able to get their measurements and have the tuxedos ready for our big day; much to the delight of my fiance'. They were professional and courteous, and it was great to get my tux and my fiance's dress all in one place...

I just bought my bridal gown at Minerva's and had a wonderful experience. Christine, the staff member assisting me there, remembered that I liked a particular dress the first time I came to the store and I never would have remembered it if it wasn't for her and it ended up being the gown I bought! The whole staff is extremely attentive and warm and it's a very well-organized business that I would whole-heartedly recommend to any of my friends and family.

After a dozen dress stores and countless attempts to find the right gown, I found the perfect one at Minerva's. They had the best selection of any store that I had visited before by a variety of designers. The pricing was reasonable and average, nothing too crazy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating each time that I went in or spoke with them over the phone. They were also flexible in working with me on price to fit my budget and setting up payment options.

The bridal shop was very helpful and attentive. I was not able to try on a lot of the dresses because they did not have them in my plus size, this did not stop them form letting me have them as an option. My sister who was my MOH could fit them and I had her try them on so I could see it on a person and not just a hanger. When my sister had my dress on I knew it was the one I wanted and could picture myself in it.

I loved my dress and got it at a very affordable price. My only complaint would be there salon needs updating, the store is not exactly pleasing to the eye. But, if u can get passed that the dresses are great. They for my dress within 5 months, make sure u go in early!

I was in Orlando with my mom and future MIL and knew it was the only time we'd all be able to go dress shopping together, but I didn't have an appointment anywhere. We called Minerva's on our way and they were very nice about letting me walk in without an appointment (on a Friday). My consultant, Camille, was great. She was really sweet and wasn't pushy at all. The salon was relatively small but they seemed to have a good selection of dresses in a nice price range. I didn't end up purchasing my dress here, because I fell in love with a Sottero & Midgely dress at a different store (and Minerva's doesn't carry that designer), but my experience at Minerva's was great.

I had a great experience purchasing my wedding gown from Minervas. The sales personnel were very helpful in selecting dresses and making suggestions for veils and accessories. They have a large fitting room filled with mirrors so you can see every angle of the dress, plus fit any family members who may be shopping with you. I went shopping for my gown late-morning on a weekday and we basically had the store to ourselves, which I enjoyed. My gown arrived on time with no issues or flaws. It was a very nice experience. I also had my dress tailored at the alterations shop next door to Minervas. I had my dress hemmed, bustled, and added straps. The alterations were beautifully done, but I had trouble keeping my bustles secure on my wedding day. I had several people try to button me up before and during the reception with no luck, so I ended up holding my dress in my hand toward the end of the reception because the bustles would fall out anytime I sat down or danced.

She listened to exactly what I wanted and picked out a dress that is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this bridal salon! My sister found her wedding dress here 5 years ago and had a great experience, so naturally I wanted to begin my quest for the perfect gown here. Mary Ann, our consultant, worked with us well past my appointment slot as I tried on different styles of dresses. Despite me trying well over 20 dresses, she remained patient and professional as we looked through the large assortment of dresses they had. First of all, my dress was gorgeous! Perfect! Karol, my saving grace was a delight! She didnt lose her composure once even though I was a somewhat of a hysterical bride. With having to make decisions on style, color, length, train, accessories, it becomes overwhelming. Karol was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Brides! Go to Minervas Bridal! There are so many different and better dresses than the chain stores. Before you buy, stop by Minervas! You will not be disappointed. Go to Uptown Tux for your tuxedo rental or purchase. They are right next door to Mineravas. Jim was a Gem! Seriously! Best Man ever! We purchased and rented and Jim was so accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great prices! Superb selection! Wonderful customer service!
