We only stayed on night, but the location was convenient and the room was comfortble and convenient. Breakfast was handy. The pool wasn't open yet, but it was a cool weekend. Price was good. Would recommend the hotel if you're headed to the Berkshires.

I was Not disappointed that this hotel was not in the heart of Bricktown. After a fun and exciting evening at Bricktown, I called for the shuttle the hotel offered for pickup. The driver was very nice and patient. When we got back to the hotel it was nice to have a quite and comfortable place to be at. I could not imagine how loud the rooms must be staying right in the heart of Bricktown. I must commend the staff at our hotel. The night manager went above and beyond duty to help me find a OK Thunder t-shirt. With it being Sunday morning not many sport stores were open, but he knew of one..called to confirm they were open..and personally took us to the store!! A big thank you to your hotel and hospitality. Yes I would recommend others to stay there!

This is a large convention centre hotel, which was very quiet the night we stayed there. Our room was large and bright, but the door lock seemed a bit rickety. Hotel located slightly out of town, but convenient 24-hr free shuttle meant this wasn't a problem, and Bricktown bars and restaurants were easily accessible. Ample parking and good WiFi connection. There's an outdoor pool, which we didn't use as it was still a bit chilly in April! Staff were very pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was fine, usual spread. We would have preferred to have stayed downtown, but this option halved the cost. I would consider staying here again.

I had read a couple of negative reviews, but i found no fault with this place. For those that are worried that it is not down town Oklahoma City, do not worry, because after the sun goes down Oklahoma City empty and all the night life is out at Bricktown. Check in was easy, there were multiple entrances once you had checked in so you could drive your car to the closest one. Free laundry facilities on each floor (open 24/7), a huge plus when you are on a road trip. The other big plus is the courtesy van that is in operation 24/7 to drop you off and pick you up any time of day or night. Your very own designated driver. The driver was also very helpful where to eat and drink down at Bricktown. I would definitely stay there again.

I found this hotel on the internet and read all the positive reviews. When we first arrived, I was skeptical because it's located next to the interstate and it's not the prettiest hotel on the outside. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel rooms are clean, there was no disruptive noises from the highway, and the staff was very courteous. We utilized the free shuttle service to bricktown and never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The free breakfast was good and had a large variety. I would recommend this hotel if you're coming to Bricktown or other attractions in OKC.

I have now stayed the last 2-years at the Bricktown Hotel and Convention Center. Great place to stay. Wonderful staff. Great shuttle drivers 24 hours a day. Rushed me to the urgent care when I was sick with a virus. They will take you anywhere you want to go. Quality recommendations on places to see and eat. Beautiful pool and grounds. So what a waffle shop and truck stop nearby. Yes the rooms are not the newest but because of big business and just ripoff insurance companies where a tornadoe damages your property and then when you do finally get a settlement you have to pay your attornys it is hard to make all the repairs. Just ask Tom he will explain it you. I would not stay anywhere else in OKC and I will be back every year for the WCWS

We had a bachelorette party here a couple of months ago and we were extremely impressed! Our plans were to go around bricktown and having the shuttle was so helpful. We didn't have to deal with traffic at all and had a great time. The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean and really nice and the complimentary breakfast was good. There also happened to be a wedding going on at the time and the wedding guests were a lot of fun and invited us in and I was very impressed with what nice accomodations they had for events like that. I definitely recommend it! And we are planning to stay there again for our next big night downtown.

We stayed here while attending the THUNDER championship game. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable and having the shuttle at our fingertips was great (especially since there was so much game traffic). We had a late-night breakfast at the truck stop next door (it was very good); however, we don't suggest the Waffle House across the street (we left). We will definitely stay here next time we visit OKC!

My kids and I stayed here while visiting the OKC zoo and the science museum on fall break. I got a coupon through an Internet advertisement, so I wasn't sure what to expect since it was such a low price. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel!!! Rooms were comfy and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!! They offer free shuttle service to the surrounding attractions and even drove us to a restaurant for dinner and then picked us up. Their breakfast was also surprisingly nice, with a large selection. "Continental breakfasts" sometimes are a nice way of saying muffins and coffee. My kids loved all of the selections and had full bellies before we ventured out for the day. The only downside I can think of is there is no indoor pool. Everything else was great, and I loved the friendly staff!! Very nice experience!

We came to OKC to celebrate our anniversary In April and found a great bargain in Oklahoma City. The hotel was clean with spacious rooms. The front desk staff were very helpful and so friendly. The shuttle drivers, couldn't ask for a better group, drove us all over town and even made a special trip back to see the OKC Memorial at night (a must see). Highly recommend this motel! Yes, the exterior does need some updating, but don't judge a book by it's cover. The inside content is what really counts!

We stayed at this hotel the last weekend in march and loved everything about it, it had big clean spacious rooms, helpful staff, nice pool area, good breakfast choices, and nice breakfast room. We were upgraded from a double room to a room with two king beds for the same price because they were out of double non smoking rooms. The hotel offers a free and very convenient shuttle to bricktown. The staff were friendly and helpful. There really is nothing but good things to say about this hotel.

Our room was simple, but remember it was clean. I have stayed at more expensive hotels that were not that clean. The breakfast area was very roomy, and staff there to make the waffles. The shuttle is a BIG PLUS!!! not having to fight traffic, and front door arrival was very nice. The drivers were nice, and suggested good places to eat.

I am a business traveler and I spend over two thirds of each year traveling around the country. When I am in OKC I would not dream of staying anywhere else but the Bricktown Hotel. Some of the factors that keep me coming back are as follows. 1) The excellent service. All the staff is so helpful and friendly and they make me feel like family. 2) the ridiculously affordable price for what I get, is what keeps me coming back. $75-125 per night depending on events and time of year. 3) The close proximity to everything that OKC has to offer. Approximately 1 mile to brick town, and the boat house district, and O.U. med center, and all the other stuff thats going on. 4) No one else in town offers the free shuttle to anywhere, which I found to be a surprisingly big deal. Sometimes I dont even rent a car because they pick me up from the airport and shuttle me anywhere I want to go. Its very nice! 5) The cleanliness of the facility is second to none. 6) The large rooms with very comfortable

The nicest attitude from the Manager to front desk and room assistance. The shuttle driver was pleasant and very helpful. Not only did he suggest places to eat, and take us to the place of our choice, it was the best Italian restaurant ever. He also made sure we saw the Memorial to the bombing victims both in daylight and after dark. Not to be missed!! Room was clean, fresh, completely stocked with amenities, and the bed was comfortable. I look forward to finding a reason to go back to Oklahoma City and the Knights Inn at Bricktown Hotel.

We have now visited Bricktown Hotel on several occasions. The service has always been friendly, the shuttle is prompt and service oriented. As a family, we have enjoyed the pool. As a group of friends, we have taken full advantage of the Bricktown nightlife without having to drive. As a businessman, I have used the Hotel as an incentive to employees and as a T&E for clients. I have referred many friends who consider this self to be a "Gold Mine".

For our anniversary I had just given birth to a new baby girl and my husband made secret arrangements for the care and to take me away for the night. We pulled into the Hotel and I said I gave you a daughter and you gave me this? We went ahead and went in and instantly we knew we were at the right place. The instant feeling of welcomeness was met by the great staff. Misty and Sheila thank you for making my anniversary special and to their amazing shuttle drivers. Who would have thought a FREE SHUTTLE to Bricktown - no parking hasstles just nothing but personal service. AMAZED.

I LOVE this hotel!!!! I stay there EVERY time I am in OKC! You can take a shuttle (free!) to eat dinner at Bricktown, have a margarita, and never worry about driving home! PLUS, they love our dogs, and their enclosed area is just perfect for them to exercise. Free breakfast, LOVELY, Attentive staff....Always happy to see you and always positive and kind. Price is pretty good, too. Toni in Tahlequah

My husband and I decided to come to OKC for our 1 year anniversary and wanted to stay in Bricktown. We decided against staying in Bricktown since hotels there were $200+ per night. I then found this hotel and read the reviews and decided we would stay here. It was under $100 per night, right off the highway, and we didn't have to drive all weekend because our shuttle took us to Bricktown as many times as we wanted as well as the OKC Memorial Museum (which is a must-see if you are in town). Front desk people and shuttle drivers were very friendly as well as the bartender in the hotel bar, she was extremely friendly too. We had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to return!
