Jim Gardner Construction just completed a total foundation rebuild on my older home. The project was completed on time. The crew was polite, hard working and clean up was meticulous. Jim responds immediately to calls,or e-mails. I really appreciated the direct and timely communication, My home is on a downhill slope and it was not an easy project. It was completed without any problems. Jim is a very experienced and knowledgeable contractor . Jim Gardner and his crew retrofitted my basement for Earthquake protection, built a retaining wall in an excavated area to support the foundation, put in drainage and rebuilt my front porch and steps. It has been a pleasure to work with Jim and his crew on a drainage job that my husband and I had to deal with in our home. The design Jim came up with saved us money and was the best way to go.
