My wife and I were probably not the easiest customers to deal with, but be was patient and understanding and helped us make the best decision for our family. He was able to answer all of our questions in ways that made the answers easy to understand. I loved that instead of pressuring us into a sale, he helped us and provided us info to make an informed decision.
