I had shopped around for servicing my Movado Watch and ran across the positive yelp reviews for USA Watch Repair, so I figured I would give them a try. I took my watch in this morning, and as everyone else has stated, Vadim is awesome and the prices are incredible. The most impressive part is the turnaround time. Every Movado service center quotes around 4-6 weeks turnaround for a simple battery change and service. USA Watch Repair replaced my battery, replaced a bad seal, and fixed a custom broken pin. I dropped my watch off at 11:15 and all work was completed by 1:00 on the same day. The repair price was at least five times cheaper than anything else I could find. In fact, as others stated, I couldn't get him to charge me for replacing the broken seal. I'll definitely be a customer for life and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a no non-sense professional watch repair shop. Definitely deserves the 100% five star rating. Only reason I didnt give a 5 Star is because I never give 5 stars....But USA Watch Repair deserved it! I previously took my Movado Chrono which was not keeping time to another watch repair shop in Miami. They gave me a similar diagnosis and a quote that could just gone ahead and buy another decent watch. I had the watch in a drawer and many times thought about throwing it out but decided to give it a last repair shot before replacing it. My research took me to USA Watch Repair. I went there on Saturday and expected a lot because of the reviews on this site. I wasn't disappointed! The greeting and consultation was very professional. The diagnosis was similar with an additional probable cause which was a cheaper fix. The quote for both options was a lot more acceptable and I left the watch for repair. 2 Hours later...They called and confirmed the issue (the lesser issue) and had it repaired and ready for me to pick up.I wore it out the Shop! Thanks Guys!
