This place is a real scam. STAY AWAY!! When I went back to retrieve my belongings, the owner tried to charge me double. I had to call the police to get my property back. This old man is very disrespectful and dishonest, he's a scum bag. Take heed and go somewhere else!!

I've been going there for years and they are certainly NOT druggies! that accusation is laughable, plus there's cameras everywhere! the pawn business is highly regulated, restricted and monitored and that sort of activity is impossible! I go there because interest isn't as high as others and if you're going to be a few days late you can call and ask for an extension. they rely on repeat business not quantity.

Loan ly pawn shop is a joke the two older men one with gray hair other dark both spanish decent.are drug addicts.i went in their pawn shop one afternoon and gazed back at their office and on a desk was a large ammount of a white powder with.a couple of syringes and burnt tin foil.the older man with gray hair came up to me and couldnt even speak he was nodding out and hitting his head on the glass dividers .loany pawn shop is ran by drug dealers and users.do not support their bussines they will cause u nothing but trouble....their a joke.they need to quit while their ahead.

personally i had a really good experience doing business in this place and with these people. When i had an emergency and needed some cash, they treated me with an understanding attitude and gave me the most money i could get for my jewelery. After that experience i been dealing with them all the time either getting borrowing money or buying stuff from them, they have really great deals and good quality.....really happy with their service :)

great place with very low prices all the way from tools to electronics and specially nice cheap jewelery. Also had the chance to pawn stuff and received very decent cash for my stuff...recommended!!

I bought a white gold diamond ring from them, and after a couple of months I had it appraised. I was unpleasantly surprised when they tested the ring and it turned out to not be real. When I confronted them about it, the owner told me that the jeweler who tested it didn't know what he was talking about. I had to go through a mission and hunt this guy! It got to the point where I had to wait for him outside the store before he'd open and chase him to get him to talk to me! He wouldn't give me a refund for selling me FAKE gold and would only give me a CREDIT. I had to end up settling for the credit. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AGAIN. I recommend you all do the same! They're extremely overpriced and sell you FAKE jewelry!
