North Kingstown High School has an enrollment of more than 1,400 students in grades nine through 12. The school s curriculum includes world languages, English, mathematics, science, social studies, and physical and health education. It also provides advanced placement courses in biology, calculus, environmental sciences, statistics, European and American history and Spanish. The school has an athletic department that organizes tournaments and leagues and offers a variety of sports activities to students, including baseball, basketball, cross country, track and field, volleyball, sailing, golf, ice hockey, swimming, football and gymnastics. The extracurricular activities offered by the school include yearbook, student council, the National Honor Society, dance team, renaissance games, environmental and interact clubs. It is affiliated with the North Kingstown School District and is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. The school is located in North Kingstown, R.I.
