Terry PJustin and Dylan preformed an excellent service on my home and extensive yard and pool area!This is by far the best and most professional service I have utilized for my home in 15 years.The service techs where fast, efficient and it was also pleasant to see them arrive in clean cut professional attire. They responded to all my questions and reviewed the service and service areas before they proceeded and reviewed their findings as far as pests when they completed they service call.I would recommend this company to anyone who has had previous borderline pest service before..I have to add that the services I signed for were more extensive and CHEAPER than my previous service provider.

We were just talking about a hornet problem last night and the Aptive folks showed up in our neighborhood this morning. I took that as a good sign. They were able to answer all of my questions, and we liked the fact that they will return without charge if we see any problems. Jeremy J. was very professional, and made sure to treat all of my areas of concern both inside and outside.. not to say I am looking forward to their return, but I am confident that they will return if we have the need in between our regular quarterly visits. I would definitely recommend Jeremy J.

Jeremy J. was professional, courteous and informative. I like that the company has an agricultural license and my yard can be treated as well as the house. I was told that not only will the ants be targeted but it is just as important to us that we will be treated for tics as our dog has had several on him since we have been in this house. I am looking forward to spending evenings in the yard bug free!

They were all very polite, very professional, dressed very clean, I loved that they put booties on when they entered my home. They had fun removing lots of bees nests, in our back shutters!!!
