John from Aptive Pest Control did a great job, and answered all my questions duly and I am satisfied with the service.

Dave was our service tech today 7/30/21 and he was very professional and informative. I gave him our problem areas of spider webs and a deer path through our yard and he gave special attention to those areas. Very pleasant personality and easy to deal with. Diane M.

He then asked my wife what her concerns were and treated our property for pest control. He completely explained what he did for us and made sure we understood. I think I’ve been with Aptive for about 1 1/2 years and am quite pleased with the past service I’ve received from all of their technicians. Their employees are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and proficient. Especially Ed R. He has been very thorough during his visits taking care of an ongoing wasp issue and recently went out of his way to help me save the life of a small frog who would have perished in my cellar way. For that, I am very grateful. I also like that Aptive takes care of both internal and external issues and works with their customers to arrange visits, etc.

Aptive is friendly, curious, and they do such a great job. They are also affordable.

Had to reschedule for Aptive to come back out free of charge to take care of this flea in gnat infestation on my property.
Aptive showed up right on time. Listened to everything that I was telling the tech. He saw for himself the amount of fleas and gnats that were all over my backyard as we walked through the grass. He explained what he was going to do to get rid of this problem. After he was done I checked the backyard and I did not see any fleas or gnats flying around as I walked through the grass. Few hours later Before letting my two dogs out I check the backyard again and still no bugs. Very happy that he was able to disregard these bugs that had been bothering my two animals. Hopefully the chemical that he put down will last.

I have been very happy with Aptive. My son is allergic to wasps and we had a huge problem with them. This is first time I've taken the time to write a review, always meant to. Just put it aside and forget though. Today was a good service as usual. John did a thorough job. Highly recommend this company!
