Provided by YP.comMy experience there was very pleasent. I was greeted as i walked in the door and one of the girls was kind and helped me with all my shopping needs. It was an educational experinence because they helped me to better understand the products I was buying and helped me find the right product to take of what I need.

Provided by YP.comThe employees have obviously not been trained in customer service. For example, they do not acknowledge you when you walk in or out of the store. When you approach them at the counter to purchase something or ask a question they act like you don't exist. As if you owe it to them to shop there. They have Absolutely NO knowledge of horse tack and supplies. B&E is only located in HORSETOWN USA, they should know a thing or 2 about horses. There hay is a joke. I have purchased it a couple of times. It either is full of weeds or mold. Which is obviously not good for horses. I buy hay in large quantities, therefore, when it comes with foxtails or mold, I don't want my horses to eat it. I've asked to exchange it and the response I receive is "We are not in the business of buying back hay. Not a good answer. If there is nothing wrong with your hay why can't you exchange it? Training starts from the top, it's obviously not important to the owners what their employees no nothing about horses or horse feed. Not only that, they can't spell Alfalfa corectly. It is spelled ALFA ALFA on the receipt when you purchase something. Learn to spell! I recommend that you try shopping at another feed store, there are a few more to choose from in Norco on Sixth St.

#4 Their "LACK OF" knowledge in the Horse Supplies and Tack are a shopping "Turn Off"
Considering their store is in HORSETOWN USA, they'd know something or 2 about horses.
#5 I have given them several opportunities when buying hay for my horses and making it right. It either is full of weeds; including foxtails or mold. Which is obviously not good for horses. I buy hay in large quantities, therefore, when it comes with foxtails or mold, I don't want my horses to eat it. I asked to swap it out and they refused. They said they are not in the business of buying back hay. Not good business.
Lastly, training starts from the top, it's obviously not important to the owners what their employees no nothing about horses or horse feed. I recommend that you try shopping at another feed store, there are a few more to choose from.
Dear Norcogal6, I am verry sorry that you have such a poor impretion of my store. I am not aware of anywhere in Norco where you can bring open hay bales back to the store, and they take it back. We do! you did not mention that in your review, if you were not part of another feed store in town you would know that! come in and see me sometimes I will be happy to fix any issues you might have with our store. Best Regards,
