I had to try it after reading the reviews on YP. I thought that there would be less customers if they were as rude as the reviews said they were. I went in and found that when treated kindly, they treated me kindly. They were even nice when I pointed out that the order was not right. It makes me wonder about the attitudes of the ones who wrote the reviews prior to mine. I bet that if I walked in being self centered and acting as if nobody matters but me, I might have been treated like the reviews said that they are.

They have the rudest people that work at the Nixa McDonald's. It should be part of their training to be polite and courteous at all times! I have been talked to rudely more then once by a employee that must hate her job!!! I also think it is rude for them to hang out the window with your food before you have even pulled up. Where is the management???

So sick of the wait times just to get cold,food or it's wrong or half of what it should be. So done! It's always the night crew too. Get new management that will do their job!!!

It's horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Management are ridiculous.

there is no better place to get a burger.
