Dr. Afshar recommended five different procedures for both of my legs to correct back flow issues on some veins. The office staff was very helpful in dealing with insurance and to accommodate schedule so we could move along with treatment. I felt more pain during treatment than I was expecting, but nothing that I couldn't deal with. Its been only two weeks after the last procedure and I can already feel improvements on the symptoms I was having. Highly recommend Dr. Afshar!
The whole process, from beginning to end, was done professionally and with great care. All my questions and concerns were answered thoroughly. I am thoroughly impressed with Dr. Afshar and all of the staff at the Vein Institute. The receptionist was warm and friendly. Gary thoroughly explained the procedures and expectations. Dr. Afshar showed excellent bedside manner; he even called after a procedure to check on me which was completely unexpected and left me feeling cared for. The ultrasound technicians were very professional and incredibly personable. I recommend this office with the highest regard!
