. I had my house cleaned and was pleasantly surprised. My appointment was scheduled between 8 and 10 am arrived at 9 am. He was friendly, but went straight to work. the cleaning was exceptional and I was impressed and the level of knowledge the technician showed when it came to what solutions to use for hard water and hard wood. These guys did a fantastic job. They, unlike most, have joined us in the 21st century and were able to give me a quick quote over the phone. The lady who scheduled our clean was nice, she sent an email with everything we agreed to and sent us a reminder call couple days before our cleaning day. The cleaner was on time, called about 20mins before, so I could let her in; which was cool (hate waiting around for service people who think you have all day). I didn't stay but when I got home she'd done a great job. My bathrooms were spotless, she even cleaned up a few dishes in the sink, pretty sure that wasn't on the list. I like Big Apple Carpet Manhattan and will be using them in the future. Also appreciate that there regular service is discounted.
