- I provide psychotherapy for adults. I see clients individually, in couples and in groups. I practice from a nonjudmental viewpoint to help the client make changes in his or her life. At times we seek psychotherapy to help understand what blocks us in achieving personal goals. It can be powerful to sort out how to change our behaviors, attitudes and habits in order to feel more fulfilled. I also incorporate valuing the client's strenghts, building upon those strengths and developing new ones into the treatment. Addressing how mind, body and emotions interact is important in understanding a person. In addition to insight-oriented, psychodynamic and supportive psychotherapies, I use mind-body and cognitive behavioral approaches depending on each client's needs. I also facilitate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) groups and do Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also have training in Reiki.
