Audubon Business and Technology Center has more than 100,000 square feet set aside to perform research at its state-of-the-art facility managed by Columbia University. It was developed by the school, the city of New York and the state and was designed to house early stage, private research and development companies in the life sciences industry. The company is located in the Audubon Biomedical Science and Technology Park, a 1 million-square-foot development. Audubon Business and Technology Center s services include 24-hour, seven-days-a-week access, security, heating, ventilation and air conditioning; custodial cleaning of tenant spaces, periodic window cleaning, hot and cold water for ordinary cleaning, drinking and lavatory purposes, lunch rooms; scheduled use of shared conference rooms; scheduled use of the Berrie Conference Center, including A/V services; laboratory services, including compressed air, vacuum air system and natural gas; a glasswash/autoclave facility and access to the health sciences library.
