If I could give a 10 star rating, I would. I have been shopping at Redford Jewelry & Coin for about 25 years. My late husband bought me beautiful jewelry from there. A few pieces I decided to get updated. Cathy and Lewis helped me redesign two pendants. These were very nice diamonds. I would only trust them to do this - not just any jeweler. When I got them back, I was very pleased. I wear them all the time now. You can come in and get jewelry fixed while you wait, which is very convenient. I have bought coins for different occasions and they have a great selection. Everyone there is very professional and helpful, and I never feel pressured to buy when I am in there. They have a great, new location, and I would highly recommend shopping there.

This is a great place, they have great coins and their staffs are always very professional. My wife evens likes the place, the jewelry, not the coins. But the staff has helped her pick out coins for me as presents, and if she gets me something I already have they are happy to exchange it for something I want. Plus when I am picking up her Pandora gift, I can look at coins. Always good to me and the wife, definitely worth a five star rating!

My 5 year old son and I stopped in here while we were in town for LEGO Kid's Fest in Novi. It's probably the nicest coin store I have been in so far. The guy who helped us out was outstanding! I should have grabbed his card. We will be making the drive from Lansing again to visit. Great job!

I have been a customer for some time now, and I trust the experience and knowledge of the coin/currency side of the store. I am a buyer, and although you're not going to "steal" anything, pricing is fair for retail purchase and they have some quality inventory. If you want retail numbers for what you're selling, don't go to a dealer. They have to make money and must leave room to do that. I highly recommend Redford Jewelry and Coin. They are good people.

I have just recently acquired a fond appreciation for jewelry. I'm very unfamiliar with the proper knowledge of different gem stones,various metals,numerous different types of settings that stones can be displayed in. I was greeted at Redford Coin and Jewlery by Cathy. She was a wealth of knowledge in my concerns and questions about all my inquiries. Cathy was very polite and courteous and very patient with me while explaining to me on how to choose the best stone and type of metal I preferred.
