My sewer backed up on Sunday and Mr rooter was there within an hour. And had everything taken care of for the advertised $95.00 their service was great thank you Earl you were outstanding!
These guys are the best, I have never had better service from any contractor, but for me calling them in the middle of the night in a panic, they were right on top of things and there for me and fixed the problem and I have never looked back you can't put a price tag on that kind of service. Thank you Mr. Rooter I will never call a different plumber.

I had a major plumbing problem in a house I just bought. My realtor suggested Mr. Rooter with their perma-lateral lining system that basically replaces broken pipes without digging up the yard. I had at least 4 different plumbers give me estimates and Mr. Rooter was the cheapest at 4,370.00, as promised they had a crew here within the hour. They dug down 7 feet and 7 feet wide, realized the basement pipes needed replaced, which they did and replaced them. Outside they put in a new air pipe and a pipe for the plumbing, but didn't connect it to anything. By this time I already had given them $14,683.00. They said they had to dig down 7 more feet and 6 feet across because they would have dig out to the street from my main because the perma lining wouldn't work in my situation, they wanted an additional $10,500.00. The job is still not finished. I found out the the whole job finished should've cost no more that $6,000.00. Don't waste your time and more importantly your money on Mr. Rooter!
