Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even though it ended up that we couldn't do what I wanted because of missing parts, Adam and Joe and John Henry's in general were very curtious and helpful and went out of their way to help me figure out what I need to buy to put in what I want! I've used John Henry's for over 18 years for plumbing and HVAC and have always found them to be a great company with great people!

Thank you for the prompt service. The tech said he would follow through with the supplier to see if there is a problem with the shower part.

Have done a great job with yearly maintenance. Just what we need.
Had a great experience with Jeremy at John Henry's. He was very informative in selecting the right model of disposal for the needs of our home. His removal and install was quick and efficient with no mess. John Henry's company and Jeremy will be called with future plumbing needs.

I was very pleased with the service from Kevin M yesterday. He was on time and very neat and tidy with his work. Very professional, even after working til 11pm the night before.
Very professional, was on time in arrival, told us up front what he would have to do (cut hole in ceiling to access plumbing) & gave an estimated cost after determining the problem. Took care that the hole he had to cut out was only as big as it needed to be and cleanly cut, giving us options on ceiling repair that will minimize expense. Work was done efficiently and plumbing problem was resolved. Would recommend John Henry's Plumbing!
