Very professional!

Professional. Prompt. Friendly. Straightforward. We used John Henry based on trusted people we know who all recommended them independent of each other. Adam (the tech) came and quickly diagnosed the real problem. When it wasn't what we expected, he explained what it was and contacted his management to get a lesser rate for us since the problem was different than what we all anticipated. As it turned out, it was a blessing in disguise as some of our outdated plumbing was brought up to code as well as the original problem being fixed. Adam was a "breath of fresh air" compared to the local plumber/company we used last year. We will use them again in the future if need be and highly recommend them. I have used John Henry's Plumbing many times already and will continue to do so. Their technicians are always very professional and efficient when their at my home. Even though Todd was unable to resolve my problem today, as my toilet tank was no longer serviceable, he did an excellent job of explaining my options and even called and got a follow up appointment scheduled for someone from his company to come back out to install a new toilet for us. I have always had great customer service from John Henrys.

The technician was great and knowledeable. Other than that it was downhill. They give a window of 7am to 7pm. They showed up at 7:10pm. That day was wasted waiting. I callled their customer service to find they lost my appointment and had to make a new one. Great technician horrible customer service.

Kaylon was great. Very courteous. He recommended some options for fixing our leaking toilet. The toilet needs replacing. I declined for now (budget), but he gave me some steps to take in the mean time and recommended brands if I choose to buy a toilet on my own. He was clear on the charges I could expect to have them install the new bowl, and because he didn't repair the current toilet, he only charged me the base service charge.

Excellent service

I would highly reccomend going through them for your AC, Furnace and plumbing needs. My AC went out late one evening and by the next afternoon they were on site and had it fixed. They did a great job explaining what was wrong and were very clean and professional. Their customer service line was also great at letting me know exactly what to expect.

This was the first time we had ever called John Henry. We were very pleased. Shawn C. fixed our air conditioner problem quickly and efficiently. He also did a great job of cleaning up and was very neat. If needed, we would not hesitate to call them again.
