Matt Morrill came to my house today, 1/21/15, to drain a water heater under warranty. As a courtesy of the company, he also checked the water fixtures in my house for possible leaks and made some suggestions. As a result, he replaced my kitchen faucet which had disintegrated to the point it was blocking water pressure in addition to some other minor repairs.Matt Morrill does exemplary work because he correctly diagnoses the problem and provides the solution. I would gladly recommend Matt Morrill and Four Seasons Plumbing to any of my friends.

Matt M. is the service specialist I'm reviewing, He was prompt, courteous, professional, and I loved that every time he entered our house, he put on those little blue booties. That shows such respect for the homeowner. He explained the necessary repair and completed the job thoroughly and efficiently. He answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. He treated my home as if it were his homenow that's what I call first class service.

Prompt, qualified, professional. Excellent experience with the Four Seasons Plumbing technician, Matt M. that came to fix our sewer ejector pump. He understood how the ejector worked and was able to get right to the problem after looking at the situation and giving me an upfront quote. I had plumbers before that showed up and didn't know what an ejector pump was/or its function. All the plumbing in our house can not be used until the pump is fixed...(the pump ejects all sewage from a point in our yard, up the steep hill, and into the city sewer line above). Matt explained what the problem was and then concentrated on his work, wasting no time. He made sure to check things over a couple times before saying the job was complete. He cleaned up everything nicely (which is not always done by all plumbers). I signed up for their 'Service Partner Membership' as I plan to now keep the company (and hopefully Matt M. as my technician)

I had a water heater go out on a Sunday and called Four Seasons. They came out within an hour of calling and although they had a 79.00 service charge I was happy to get someone on Sunday. They were a little high I felt but at least were willing to do on Sunday. He found a faulty pressure regulator while replacing the water heater. Being from Florida where we don't have this item,I knew nothing about this.He explained so I could understand.The job was completed and he had to come back and put a pan down 2 days later which he did.Job Complete . Like I said earlier only complaint was the total price of $1900 for both. Considering a water heater is no more than 600 and regulator was 265 that's a lot for labor . Overall very satisfied . Matt was great.

Matt was very courteous and professional and spent time getting familiar with our plumbing system before clearly explaining solution options with fixed prices so that we knew the bill before he started work. He resolved our problem and even spotted a couple other things which should have been fixed by our last plumber. Great job!

Had Matt come out to install a new water softener in our home. Everything went smoothly; he arrived on time and did a great job. Explained how everything worked and cleaned up after himself. Also helped repair an external pipe issue. Spent about what I would expect for a job of that magnitude and did not skimp on materials or quality. Softened water has been great and chlorine filter is doing a great job at removing the chlorine taste from our water.

Matt M. installed a new 20 gallon water heater for me today. I was in constant fear that my existing Whirlpool water heater would leak and ruin my floors. Upon my request, Matt told me how much a new Rehm 20 gal. water heater would cost and why it was reliable. After obtaining the new water heater, he proceeded to install it, creating a new piping system to accommodate the heater and a lead off pipe from the pan in case of a spillage. He then explained to me which turn-off levers on the heater I could use to turn off the water in case of a spill. In my opinion, Matt M. is a highly skilled and professional plumber. I would not hesitate to recommend him or Four Seasons Plumbing to others.
