Serving Customers For Over Twenty Years Fast Water Heater Company provides installation and repair of hot water heaters in Washington, Oregon and California. We have been in business for over 20 years. All of our technicians are company employees and not sub-contractors and our locations are company owned. We are licensed and bonded in every state we operate in. We currently service: * Western Washington, including the greater Seattle-Tacoma and Puget Sound Region, * Oregon from Vancouver to Albany including the greater Portland metro area, * Northern California including the San Francisco Bay Area, the East Bay, the Peninsula, Sacramento and San Jose, * Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura and Riverside counties, and * San Diego county. In addition to servicing customers directly, Fast Water Heater Company also provides installation services for major big box retailers, all of the major water heater manufacturers and several major energy companies. We stock our own warehouses in all of our locations and run our own crews in each of our markets.

Clean professional installation. The installer went over what had to be done, provided a line item quote, and indicated which items where optional and which were mandatory for code compliance.

Tony did a GREAT Job !! On time, and installed the garbage disposal, took care of all the fittings that needed to be replace. I will recommend him to the homeowner's association and all my friend and relatives. Thanks, Tony !! P. Hall
Tony Fragomeno arrived on time between the time frame given and provided professional and courteous service. The install was completed accurately and no leaks. Tony tested and retested the pipes to ensure there were no leaks. He left the work area clean after the job was completed. He walked me through the entire process of his work and completed the proper paperwork for my signature. I was impressed with the level of professionalism and asked about a tankless water heater install since Tony's work is quality you don't get often.

Erick G was very helpful in getting to us in a timely fashion, though the water heater was in a difficult place to work and see possible problems he was quick and through. He got out to us within 3 hours of our call to Fast Water Heater. He had the needed part on hand and was done within 45 mins of arriving.

Jeff Alvarez completed the work fast and on time. He left the work area clean. He was very flexible on scheduling the work so not to inconvenience the tenants in the building. Dale was GREAT! He explained all of the options and answered all of our questions. We were replacing a water heater that was over 20 years old but the installation went smoothly. I was amazed at how efficiently Dale worked and the cleanup was so good it was as though he had not even been here. Top notch.

Roberto L. came to put back our pedestal sink and toilet after we had it removed to replace the flooring in our bathroom. He had initially just removed the pedestal part of the sink but because he is the professional that he is, he double checked to make sure there was no leakage. There was a small leakage which he replaced a small piping part and caulked the back of the sink which he didn't have to. He also gave us recommendations if we wanted to secure the sink bowl better as it was pulling away from the wall, but did not pressure us to have it fixed. Very efficient and professional!

Mitch was very professional and considerate of out home and of our time. He called ahead of his arrival because would be early to make sure it was OK. Cleaned up after he was complete and walked us through the new heater. Great job!
